Few Things:

Reminder - this will be the last YCHS Weekly Email that you get from me. Per District Expectations, every Principal in YCS needs to do their Weekly Emails in Foxbright from now on.

The YCHS Weekly Info will go 'public' on Foxbright every Sun evening at 6pm. The expectation is that EVERY YCHS Staff Member reads the Weekly Info by the start of business Mon morning.

Ramp up our PBIS! Get those Certs Of Excellence out to students! REWARD and REINFORCE! Make a big deal out of it when you give them out. We have to do a better job of focusing on the 'positives' and not the 'negatives'. This will change the climate and culture of our building right now.

Remember - plan ahead, for the Dept Head meeting on Tues, Oct 22. We will be meeting from 3:35-5:35pm. This is a HUGE meeting for us. Let's come together on this day and move the building forward.

Just like in any family, there will be ups and downs, but WE have to STAY TOGETHER during those ups and downs. We have to stay positive, patient, and trusting with each other. We have to assume positive intent AND support our colleagues.

-Picture Retake Day. Starting at 9am. Auditorium

-NSBE Jr meeting, 12:45pm
